Experience Highlights
KPI Tracking Tool
Designed and implemented a real-time manufacturing KPI dashboard. Built calculations in PI ACE, stored results in the PI Database, and visualised them in PI Processbook — including VBA code for advanced calculations and display logic.
OEE Monitoring Tool
Developed an Overall Equipment Effectiveness monitoring system from scratch. Built a custom VB data-capture application, fed results into PI ACE for further calculation, and surfaced them in PI Processbook for real-time bottleneck analysis.
